TRUST是甲苯胺红不加热血清试验（tolulized red unheated serum test），是一种非梅毒螺旋体抗原血清试验，主要用于梅毒的筛选和疗效观察。
梅毒螺旋体感染人体后，宿主迅速对螺旋体表面的脂质作出免疫应答，在3~4周产生抗类脂质抗原的抗体（反应素），此时TRUST试验可呈阳性。
