PacificRack会在收到申请后的3个工作日内进行退款处理。这个过程可能需要一些时间，您可以通过“订单”页面上的订单状态跟踪您的退款进度。
退款相关注意事项
在退款政策方面，需要注意以下几点：
如果您在购买产品时使用了折扣或优惠券，退款金额将根据购买时的实际支付金额进行退还。
部分产品是不可退款的，因此在购买前请仔细阅读相关协议。
如果您在购买产品时选择了使用支付宝或者微信支付，退款将退回原支付账户。
在退款期间，如果您的产品已经过期，我们将根据您购买时的实际购买价格进行退款，同时扣除过期未使用的费用。

Refund-related considerations
In terms of refund policy, pay attention to the following points:
If you use discounts or coupons when purchasing the product, the refund amount will be returned based on the actual payment amount at the time of purchase.
Some products are non-refundable, so please read the relevant agreements carefully before purchasing.
If you choose to use Alipay or WeChat Pay when purchasing the product, the refund will be returned to the original payment account.
During the refund period, if your product has expired, we will refund based on the actual purchase price at the time of purchase and deduct the expired unused fees.
If you use a credit card for payment, the refund amount will be returned to your credit card account after about 7-14 days.
